比賽

Just now read an article from Sinchew newspaper entitled 'competition'.. feels that it very meaningful and would like to share with you all..

“來一場比賽！”父親手劃動著水，向兒子挑戰。
“好！”兒子應道。
說著，父子遊到泳池一邊。父從一數至三，兩人即彈向對岸。
兒子魚般前遊，猶如在水面滑行；父親則賣力的遊著，汗水已和在池水裡看不見了，一同飛濺成燦爛的水花。
兒子正比父親領先一個頭的距離。他十分清楚自己穩操勝券，但他斜眼看見漸被拋離的父親。是父親教他遊泳的，4歲時，父親第一次帶他到這個泳池；他記得，那次父親取消了一項會議。浸在水裡，那種被包容的感覺，從此愈來愈清晰。
兒子開始慢下來。

兒子鬆懈了，父親想。於是，他更起勁的往前沖，不一會，就越過了兒子。父親只得意了一陣，待他領先兒子半個身子，他知道，兒子只須再稍使點力，便能輕易追過自己。可是，兒子沒有。父親也逐漸慢了下來。
當慢至二人平行時，兒子感到詫異，父親真的衰老了？然後儘量不著痕跡的減速。父親見兒子又慢了下來，心裡十分明白，不禁心頭一酸。眉一皺，臉上的歲月更顯歷歷，遂也把劃水的動作放輕。
旁人開始好奇，怎麼起初疾速前遊的二人，忽然慢得像初學者。
慢得讓兩人有許多空間，容許回憶如潮湧入──父生日兒打破撲滿買蛋糕、藤鞭侍候以後父親別扭的慰問、父動用積蓄買下電腦作為滿分的獎勵、父親從財務公司回來後告訴兒可以申請英國大學……突然，兒子奮力前遊，直沖對岸，霎眼就到達終點。父親這才加速，尾隨而至。
兒子驀地非常清楚，父親半生的衝刺，本來就不希望自己先到對岸。
陽光下，父子相視，笑了。

Soon after the last paper of our final went out for movie and a nice dinner and celebrate Lai Kuan birthday at the same time....We eat Kimbay and soon went for movie -- 2012..

Saw many our coursemate there...all also went for relax and enjoy after the exam...2012...quite nice but the whole storyline is a bit sad and heavy...erm....just dun like it when lots of people die and they are so helpless....it is interesting when Curtis and his family running for lives but it is just a bit bored when the same things keep repeating and we can actually predict the ending...hmm....no surprise but heavy after watch the movie...

It makes me think a lot..if this disaster is actually occuring, I am wondering....will I die in tsunami or earthquake....definitely not as lucky as Curtis and his family....

Birthday celebration.....

Went for birthday celebration for four people at the same time in Secret Recipe although they are not at the same day...Ting Ting, Audrey, Xiu Qi and Wand Suan....that day actually is Ting Ting birthday, so we ordered a Cappucino Cheese Cake for her and celebrate birthday for all four of them....haha..

They actually plan to buy a swimming trunk for Ting Ting but...still din manage bought for her...

Finally, after the final exam...seriously...I am more worry this time as I know I did not really done a very good job this time compared to the last semester...I know it when I am having the exam...just wish this time still can maintain...perhaps I take too many courses this semester and I had put too many attention on my FYP already...wish me luck

Should be started the lab right now but just received the news from Dr Lesley that I cant start my lab work yet because there are no master students and lecturers starting from next week and we are 'encouraged' to go back...hahaha....

Such a sudden news to me and no air ticket available for me to get the direct flight back to Penang for this few days..even transit back toPenang also cost me a lot..felt sorry to my mother that she had to pay such expensive air ticket for me to go back home...RM491!! thanks mom...muackzz~~

Football Match

Last Sunday have a football match and I followed my friends go out watch. Seriously, I very very seldom watch football match and I actually dunwan to go out but I still went out because just left 3 guys and somemore Connie also got go out..

First, we went to Hui Sing Garden eat western food till around 8pm and then we went for Boulevard to have a walk and went to Kuching there watch the football match..where is the place there ya...erm..i also not so sure...Very less people there and I think Jalan Song there definitely will be more people...

MU versus Liverpool...Eugene, Calvin and Charlene were support MU whereas Bryan support Liverpool........in the end....Liverpool win!!!! Calvin have to treat Bryan drinks and Charlene treat Bryan for the dinner..The MU supporter so disappointed.....

The worst thing is that, while we on the way back to Unimas..the car have no petrol!!! Oh my God and we are in the last roundabout before reach Unimas..Twice we put the petrol for the car...the car still cant move and we are so worry the car will have some other internal problems!! Haiz....

Then, since I am the only girl among them so I not need to push the car and Kieng Soon have to walk to the nearest petrol station to buy petrol....We really give up when we put the petrol twice and still cant start the car...so..We wait for Bryan's car reach to help us..and finally..Connie, Charlene and me go back to Unimas first and I will wait the guys at the guard house to fetch them back hostel after they pushed the car till in front of the guard house....A long lon way they push the car back to Unimas and even the Cempaka staff also stopped by and helped them..

And finally when they all reached the Unimas guard house is already 2am..everyone also tired and sweaty....no next time and really have to pump the enough oil as I dunwan to experience it anymore!! is just like a nightmare...

所謂的曾經，就是幸福

中午，我站在學校大門口當交通導護，幫助一年級的小朋友放學。

卓新勇的母親，悄手悄腳提著一個便當在校門口。被我一喊，她露出不好意思的表情。

「老師啊！．．．」

「哎呀！我不是跟妳講了嗎？學校不喜歡家長替孩子送便當。

如果每個媽媽都像妳這樣，學校大門就擠滿了人，那樣，我們怎麼放學呢？」

「我知道！我知道！」哼！知道了還送，簡直是明知故犯。

「妳不會讓他自己帶便當嗎！」

「我知道！我知道！」這些話，不曉得說了幾次。

每次一到中午，送便當的家長和放學的一年級小朋友，常常相撞在一起，造成相當的困擾。

卓新勇是一位沈默寡言，乖巧內向的孩子。

有次上課，他竟然打瞌睡，我很訝異，把他叫起來。

「怎麼了？」他一臉迷惘站起來，不回答。

第二天上課，也是這樣，我實在受不了，狠狠地把他叫過來。

「你到底怎麼了？」

我已經氣得半死，口氣已經控制不住。

突然，他垂頭淌下淚水。我暗自一驚。

「說呀！到底為什麼上課要打瞌睡呢？」

我媽媽住院了！昨天一直在醫院陪她。」

我一聽愣住了，頓時，心中的怒氣消失了，代之而起的是無限慚愧，「她為什麼住院呢？」

「是肺癌！」我一聽，心都涼到腳底。

心中想到身體贏弱的卓新勇。

如果，不幸那天來臨，他將如何繼續往後漫長的歲月呢？

想到這兒，不禁鼻酸。吃飯時，妻子在餵兒子吃飯，

我不禁想起，以前卓新勇的母親偷偷摸摸替他送便當。

第二天下班後，我騎著機車到醫院探望他母親。

幾個禮拜沒見，卓新勇的母親瘦得不成人形，蒼白的臉，光禿的頭，簡直不敢相信就是她。

她看到我，顯得很驚訝，努力想站起來，但是，一咳嗽，整個人歪了一邊。

「不要站起來！不要站起來！」

「老師！謝﹍﹍謝謝你！」她吃力喊著，眼眶消出淚水。

在醫院的走廊，卓新勇的父親對我說：「只剩下兩個月了！嗚！我﹍真的不知要怎麼辦？」他老淚縱橫。

回到學校，報告校長。

「他爸爸已經六十多歲了，現在母親又將離開人間，是不是我們可以發動全校募款。不管多少，都可以幫助他。」校長爽快答應。

經過幾天募款活動，我們總算募到五萬二千一百二十元。

把錢送到醫院時，卓新勇的母親已經在昏迷中。

「我們準備今天送他回家！」卓新勇的父親，臉形憔悴得發白。我一聽，心頭抽搐一陣。

「老師！能不能幫個忙？」

「請說！我能夠做到的，我一定答應。」

「他前幾天，一直拉著卓新勇的手，喊著：媽媽不能再替你送便當了！我想，請老師再讓她送最後一次便當，只有送便當時，他才真正感受到一位為人母親的榮耀。」聽到這兒，我百感交集地點點頭。

中午，一輛救護車呼拉拉開到學校大門口。

卓親勇的父親和一名醫護人員，推著擔架上的人。

我淚水盈眶，站在旁邊，伴當交通導護老師。

「到了！到了！」卓新勇的父親買了一個便當，躺在擔架上的卓新勇的母親，伸出瘦細蒼白的手提著便當，在旁邊人員推送下，慢慢靠近大門口的鐵門。

在鐵門的另一邊，卓新勇伸出右手，接過母親的便當。

「媽！」卓新勇嚎啕大哭。

這時，我清楚見到她母親瘦削的臉頰，抽搐了一下，彷彿想說話，但是，又說不出來。

「媽！我不要！我不要妳走！」卓新勇呼天搶地叫著。

我的淚水，再也控制不住，嘩嘩而落。我暗恨自己，以前是多麼殘忍！

隔天，卓新勇的母親就去世了。

卓新勇的母親出殯後。

一天，卓新勇的父親來到我辦公室，遞給我一包牛皮紙。

老師！這是你和學生們幫助我的錢，我認為還有更多的學生，需要這筆錢，所以，還給你們。謝謝你熱心幫忙。」說完，錢一放，就掉頭離去。

這筆錢彷彿生熱似的，直燙著我心坎。

我天天找卓新勇聊天話家常。深怕他經不起喪母的打擊。

「老師！你放心！我很好！你不要一直替我擔心！」

卓新勇對我說「我很早就知道，我母親就要死了，我也不是不想聽你話，叫媽媽不要送便當。因為，一天當中，只有中午，我才能吃到我媽媽煮的飯。」

我心頭一凜，「為什麼呢？」

她很虛弱，家裡都是爸爸在煮飯。只有中午爸爸不在，她才能偷偷背著爸爸煮飯。是她堅持要送便當的。」說完，卓新勇淌出淚水。

很感人吧！我看到一半就忍不住眼淚就掉下來了！

各位～趁著父母健在的時候，好好的孝順他們喔！

不然........將來後悔也就來不及了！

一直以為幸福在遠方，在可以追逐的未來。

我的雙眼保持著眺望，我的雙耳仔細聆聽，唯恐疏忽錯過。

後來才發現---那些握過的手，唱過的歌，流過的淚，愛過的人......

所謂的曾經，就是幸福

Last Friday, we had a 'perjumpaan anak anak Penang' in Banquet...Well..is a good experience for me...I never been have a chance to step inside before that..quite nice the place...Almost all of my Penang friends also went there..The first deputy Chief Minister, YB Mansor had came to us...

Have a nice dinner and they also asked us to share our problems with them..Zhen Yick be the student representative and even Yen Shin also like the assistant..both of them are so busy to accompany YB....Very relax there..have a nice momment..It seems that I am free from the assignments and tests at there...so nice talking with them..^^

Bye bye Octopus

I had to say goodbye to my lovely octopus that I bought it last time at boulevard...I havent got chance to molest it and hug it!!! I gave it to my junior, Nyuk Fang..she had the same day birthday as Eugene....

Well, gave the octopus to my junior is a sudden decision and I havent prepare any wrapper paper to wrap it..So..I use a present wrapper and try to make it into some sort of shopping bag like...Erm....still not bad ya...the bag is quite big to fit a little octopus...haha..

In photo perhaps everyone think the bag that I make it myself is ok...but in fact..I had make it so ugly that I am so paise to give it to Nyuk Fang myself and so I asked and forced Eugene to send the octopus to Nyuk Fang...haha...

Cell Biology assignment

Finally handed in the Cell Biology assignment after the Bioprocess test..please please please...let me complain a bit at here that I am so pissed off!!!

Finish my assignment at 4pm and rush to FSTS office to hand in the assignment at 4.20pm..I am so scare that I cant make it!! Thanks to Patrick and Eugene that had helped me so many on the assignment..

My junior...haiz...she did do..but she copy and paste from the article exactly..then what I suppose to do??Redo everything after the exam and direct rush to Cais to finish it...I thought I will never make it..ended up that the whole assignment is done by myself..Is it called the groupwork?? I rather this is individual work that I can finished it earlier and no need to be so rush...Before that I planned to get the assignment finished earlier and I can edit more...now the whole assignment is now lookl like rubbish where all did not link together...I really dint know what Prof Ismail will think when he read the assignment...I am so scare....scare...can I have another chance to redo it???

Bioinformatics Presentation

Bioinformatics Presentation ended just like lat time I had mentioned, suddenly found a photo of LK group...hehe...they are presenting CLC sequencing....personally, I feel that their are presenting so well and their title and presentation slide are also very interesting but they all seems so dissapointed after the presentation...hmm...

But I feel they are doing better than my group...haiz...I am so so so worry..Dunno why, dis sem is really not my sem that I think I had done badly in all my assignment...Really terrible...I have no eyes to see that...I want to upgrade my CGPA and please please this sem result dun drop ar........

I had helped Eugene celebrate his birthday before his actual Birthday...poor Eugene that he seems so pity that he had no birthday cake...Luckily LK, Janet and Judith got go out and they had bought cakes and pudding for Eugene...

I prefer the pudding..so nice..yummy..

Boat Competition in Unimas

Last Thursday, Mechanical Engineering in Unimas had a boat competition near the waterfall Chansellory..They required to built a boat with only raw material and can travel on the water at least 2 meter...

Everyone is so nervous that keep trying their boat on the water before the competition start...actually it is not the competition..it is one of their assignment and will get extra marks if the boat can travel more than 2 meter....I got 2 of my friends there..both also got 2 meter in the final tries..hehe

I did not watch the whole competition in the end..the longest distance their boat can travel is 13 meter if I not mistaken..No matter how..I feel that they really great because they have to use their creativity and knowledge to make the boat float on the water with only raw material..My friend seems so headache with the assignment that she been doing it for months and thanks Gos that she finally made it!!

對方哭得很悽慘：「媽，我是志"永"啊，我被打了，快救我啊……」
媽媽很鎮定地回答：「不要怕，那個字唸"場" ，乖喔……」
詐騙歹徒：「……」（立刻掛電話）
據說這是真人真事，報紙上刊過。

一定要講得比歹徒還毒的話讓他無法接招

昨天接到一個不認識的電話，不像本土口音，上來就直呼我的名字！

「王總！」
「你是誰呀？」
「你的老朋友啊」
「誰呀？」
「台東的老朋友啦，連我的聲音你都聽不出來了？」

「你是？」
「哎呀，王總你貴人多忘事啊」

我是真的被問住了，想不起來這個聲音，又寒暄了半天，對方就是不說自己的名字，最後我不耐煩了，「你不說就算了」我就把電話掛了。後來想想有點不對勁，可能是騙子，如果我把對方的聲音認做某個老朋友，對方就會想辦法講故事騙錢了。我就按照剛才顯示的號碼把電話撥回去了。我說：「你是台東的張XX吧」

「對呀對呀對呀，看看，我說你貴人多忘事，連我的聲音都聽不出來了。」「對不起啊，XX，我還以為誰和我開玩笑吶」
「王總啊，我準備去台北出差，順便請你吃飯……」

我問：「XX，你母親的癌症怎麼樣了」
對方呆了一下：「喔……還是老樣子」
「唉，得了這病也沒辦法。你爸車禍的案子結了嗎？」

「喔……差不多了」
「行啊，人都走了，賠不賠的也別太在意了~」

「嗯...」
我又問：「強姦你老婆的流氓逮到了沒啊？」

「逮到了，逮到了」
我又問「你兒子沒屁眼的手術做了沒啊？」

對方沈默了10秒種，沒說出話來，把電話掛了...

白羊

“白羊吗？太恐怖了！他们脾气大、暴力、瞧不起人，还是躲远些、小心为妙！”　　　　

　　　如果你这末认为，那你可能就会失去一个肯为你付出生命的人。受火星的灼烧，白羊决不是人们想象中的那种冷血狂魔！　　　　

　　　　白羊的内心世界有两个：恨的世界与爱的世界。白羊的外显世界与内心世界是同步的，只不过由于他的“恨”意更昭显，以至于掩盖了他爱的那一面。　　　　

　　　　白羊很善良，心中总是想着别人，很多时候愿意委屈自己而成全别人，但由于白羊不能掩饰自己的情感，凡事争锋，有什末不满就会立刻表露出来，于是不能将美事做尽，落个彻底的好人，反而最后还招来一鼻子灰！比如，白羊想看爱情连续剧，你想看科教片，于是你们就开始为了看什末而打假。如果你硬看科教片，则白羊会大吵大骂，最后“砰”的把电视给关上！白羊心里想，电视又不是你一个人的，凭什末只许你看不许我看？！你不让我看，你也别想看！但如果白羊占了上风，看上了爱情连续剧，而你默默的走开，则白羊一会儿又会觉得过意不去，心疼你，怕你不高兴，于是让你看。一句话，白羊是重形式不重实质，极度不能容忍别人挑战他的权威。　　　　

　　　　其实，白羊是那种死要面子活受罪的人。面子，比白羊的生命还重要！白羊最不能容忍的就是别人贬低他、瞧不起他！谁要是对白羊吼几嗓子，白羊能吼谁24个小时。比如，上司若是责备白羊不当，则白羊就会气势汹汹的反责备上司，而且责备的更欢。上司责备他一句，他能责备上司10句！！当上司解雇了这个不肖员工以后，白羊不但不伤心，反而还有种壮烈感：“虽然丢了工作，但是丢得值！我当着那末多人的面骂了上司一顿，真是露脸！恩，同事们现在一定还在议论我的英雄事迹……”白羊边重新找工作边想，想着想着，自己便不禁暗笑起来，接着便是昂首阔步，得意洋洋，觉得自己真是了不起、不可一世！　　　　

　　　　白羊爱面子，都爱到了成癖的地步。白羊希望别人喜欢他、爱戴他、吹捧他，最好能对他前呼后拥、关怀备至。白羊男们总是感慨自己为何没能当上总统，白羊女们则从来都认为自己是总统夫人的料儿，只是不小心找错了男朋友！白羊总觉得自己是个天才，只是因为怀才不遇才沦落到今天这种无名小卒的地步。比如，白羊认为自己天生就是个艺术家，只是张艺谋导演没发现他。若是张导发现他，他一定比巩丽要出色的多！由于白羊喜欢那种高高在上的感觉，所以，只要你平素多吹捧着他、赞美着他，则他便会“累死不知死”的对你，你喜欢他怎样他就会怎样。

　　　　白羊很温柔，只要你没惹着他，你可以随便与他嬉戏。但如果你要是有什末一不小心的举动触犯了他，则最好赶快给自己准备个棺材。比如，白羊与你打情骂俏，很开心的气氛，双方都乐在其中。忽然，你一不小心，出手重了些，打痛了白羊，则白羊就会立刻瞪大眼睛、提高嗓门，把你骂个狗血喷头，甚至再狠狠的还你两个更重的巴掌。此时，欢乐的气氛一下陷入了僵局，弄得你心里别扭至极。但白羊却认为，闹归闹，你也总得有个限度吧，出手没轻没重，真是讨厌，我的漂亮的手都被你打红了！想着想着，白羊会更生气，弄不好再轰炸你一次～～～不过，过了10分钟，白羊又开始和你有说有笑，好象什末事情也没发生过。白羊凡事都来得快，去得也快，一般不记仇。

Bioinformtic Presentation Finished!!

Finally, my long waiting day had came -- the bioinformatic presentation... The software we are going to use is Friend 2.0...Dunno what the lecturer think..but I think perhaps we are good but not best...At least I finally take myself off from the Bioinformatic assignment finally..

Friend 2.0 actually is a very simple programme compared with other groups that presenting..most application we had learned before...visualise 3D protein structure, pairwise alignment and phylogenetic tree...Saw several groups that are really presenting well..I still not very satisfied honestly..well..It had passed already...Look forward..

Still got plenty of work to do before this Friday, gotta finish 2 assignments and prepare I mid term test on Friday..

Web design and Cell Biology..Speechless...feel so tired when talking about those two subject..The lesson I get?? Dun retake any course next sem and I will be happier...Feel so stress now..I saw everyone is prepare for the Bioprocess mid term test right now and I still struggle for my assignment!!

Ask me how is the progress?? Hmm...Is actually just 20%..My junior say she only can start her assignment on Thursday night and we had to hand in the assignment on Friday!! How could her like that?? She really can finish it on Friday?? I wonder..........I understand junior now is busier than us...but...cant finished it earlier and really have to wait for last minutes??

Stiff neck

When I woke up in the morning, found that my neck is so pain till i almost cant turn my head..I got stiff neck!! Must be because the sleeping position is not right..I planned to do sandwich in the morning but my neck is so pain till I cant do anything but lying on the bed doing nothing..

Even when I brush my teeth and taking bath also make me feel so worst..message to Eugene...but he cant help me anything..I so dunwan go to Cell Biology class..my neck really in pain..I really need someone massage for me..Even walking to FSTS also a suffer for me where I cant turn my neck and several time have to stop by because my neck is so pain..almost cry at that time..feel so helpless and cant found anyone can help me massage..

I had tried use the cold towel and hot towel to relieve the pain but useless..perhaps I am really old liao...Even I got stiff neck last time also not as pain and suffer as this time...my tears really almost came out..No people can understand the pain!!

When I reached Cell Biology class, even my junior also found I am not ok..come and ask me what had happened but I am so no mood to talk with her..sorry...Jessica, Ting, LK and Donna also try to help me massage..thanks to them..really kind of them...

Only when I taken my lunch, Eugene finally come..but my neck getting better just sometime still very pain..hmm..till now, my neck still feel awkward but better than the time I just woke up... Getting stiff neck really make my day worst and I hate it!!!

Mayang Tea Farm

The authority had sent a guy to take us to the tea farm and gave us some explanation..mayang tea is actually low land tea..The guy also explained how the Mayang Tea is grow and the factory and fermentation processes..All of us gather around him because we need the information for our report!!

While the guy was explaining..some of us so excited and start taking the photo..We also picked so tea leaves for fun and some also really want to dry the tea leaves for tea making later..

Went for the Mayang Tea trip for our Bioprocess..We had waited at HEP for almost an hour before the bus arrived and take us..Mayang Tea Farm is actually located in Serian and about an hour to reach there...There were 2 buses..one is Unimas Bus and another one is School Bus..The school bus is slower and Unimas bus is more faster and cooler than the School Bus..Staying in the school bus when we coming back to Unimas really drive me crazy..It was so hot in there..not like the Unimas Bus..So when we are coming back, some in our bus had went to the Unimas bus..

Perhaps the road is quite slope..the bus had stopped in the middle of the road and everone of us had forced to go down from the bus...haiz...

After the visit around the tea farm and the factory, the authority treated us with the cold ice lemon tea... some even save it in the bottle..

Patrick Birthday

Patrick Birthday was actually the same day we had our Mayang Tea Trip...After we came back from the trip at 4pm, Patrick went for Birthday celebration with Ting, San Hui them..and we planned to give Patrick a surprise, so when Patrick was going to have dinner with his church friend after the celebration with Ting and San Hui them...We suddenly shown up with the birthday cake..

He really surprise because he had asked us to join his church friend having dinner together but we had rejected...Patrick was really so happy that night because he is so exicted throughout the night and they had even have champagne for the celebration..

Causeway Bay Hong Kong Restaurant

I havent been to the Crown Square before..so..when Eugene went for Panasonic Service Centre and passed by the Crown Square, I had requested to stopped by and have a look...there really have nothing..except for the restaurant..the Causeway Bay Hong Kong Restaurant...

I treat Eugene as his bitrhday celebration..Actually we want to go to Secret Recipe because there got my favourite cakes but the Causeway Bay Hong Kong Restaurant had attracted my attention and so we have our lunch there..

I ordered a two sauces chicken chop rice, the chicken sauce and mushroom sauce whereas Eugene ordered cheezy curry chicken chop rice but the waiter accidentally give us the fish...after that, we ordered the banana spilt and polo bun as our dessert..the polo bun is actually pineapple bun..really nice and we are so full that we cant go Secret Recipe for the cakes anymore and also worry that night stembot cant eat anymore...

Not a bad restaurant..most importantly..there do not have any serveice charge and governemnt tax that had saved us a lot..We just spent RM31++ for our lunch..

Steambot

Went for steambot again for Eugene birthday celebration...He want to eat stembot because can eat a lot of foods at one time..haha...11 of us in 2 cars depart from Unimas at 6pm for stembot..

2 tables and is full with the foods...I think Eugene is the most excited in all of us...He fried the chicken, squid and mushroom for all of us...really yummy..the most delicious is the fried squid using the onion...I really like it..

All of them busy taking photo and eating....especially ice cream..even Patrick also..I cant remember how many ice cream they had eaten...I cant believe that Pearl was actually really can eat, even Judith had stopped eating but she still can eat..She likes to eat fishball..like me..hehe..really so full and satisfied...before went home..LK helped almost all of us to take ice cream in cone....everyone full till cant eat the ice cream anymore...haha...

Heavily rain again

Yesterday, raining again in Unimas..the strong wind and the lightning had alert me to go back earlier from CAIS...I still got dozen of things havent done like updating my blog..

Just the months before that the weather in Unimas is so hot till everyone is complaining..although now getting better but something my clothes cant dried!! or perhaps I trapped in the FSTS or CTF..but I like the wind before the rain..It is so cool and so calm...

Bitter gourd @ water tower

Surprsingly found that there were bitter gourd grown near the water tower!! It was near the male toilet...guess now should be withered already...I think it is most probably because the seed drop on the ground when they cut the bitter gourd...

Hmm..perhaps no people really realise that there was a bitter gourd grew near the male toilet as everyone is so busy looking at the delicious food...haha...

DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.

The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think:

Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.

'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.

The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.

'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled.

'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love.

If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

Waterfall @ Gading

We all having great fun at the waterfall....I din go down the waterfall...too bad..because I am wearing jeans and it will be hard for me when I climb down again..so.....I had to sit at the rocks and look at the others having such a great time at the waterfall..jealous~~

The water at Waterfall No.7 is so refreshing and cool......If only I can swim and really so fun at there..but too bad is there are so many bees that the bees always flying around us just like we are the flower, we are the honey...and the presence of the bees causes us had to go down earlier because the bees getting many....

Is another hard time for an old lady like me to climb down from the waterfall..I dun have stamina!! They all talked, laugh and even talked to the phone when going down..kengzz!! I have to train my stamina after my final exam!! Is true...

Waterfall @ Gading Trip

During the Raya holiday, we actually planned for the Raflesia view but so unfortunately that the Rafflesia din flowered..so the plan changed to climb up to the waterfall...

14 of us with 3 cars departed from Unimas to Gading...So many things happen before departing!! We found that we less 1 car...the Cempaka Staff forgot to save a car for us!! Perhaps we rent the car too early already..so upset and forced to rent Crayon Shin Chan Aunty's car...that is much more expensive!! Haiz...ended with we depart from Unimas around 9am and reached at Gading at 11 something after taking the breakfast at BDC...

Everyone so excited and so energetic..perhaps I am old already..just climb a while and I become so tired and almost no energy to continue it....We stopped at Waterfall No.1, Waterfall No.3 and Waterfall No.7...

Sematan - Long House Visit

The long house there is quite disappointing...there still left few families..all of them were old people and young children..you hardly saw any young people there..the people there seems lonely..some even close the door when we walk through the long house...The long house really old and smelly...

We only manage to enter the Longhouse Ketua house...but the house is quite modern actually..the Llonghouse Ketua said his house is the best among the other...there are no toilet in the Longhouse..the toilet is just near the Longhouse..

At least this time visit to Longhouse really made us realise that nowadays young people really dun like to stay with their parents..tends to go out...culture loss....i feel uneasy and sad when I saw the old people so lonely walking around the Longhouse..

Sematan~~

Sematan there really nice..have beautiful scenery and really can relax at there..but the time we spent at there is so short...2 days 1 night...not enough for me.....I din saw the sun rise..the sunset....i din walk around the beach...raining at that time during the snorkeling causes we all have to go back earlier and rest in our room....haiz...

At night, we stayed together and have some light chat...I thought that we will going to talk whole night but before 12am...almost everyone went to sleep already...

During our trip, grace had fall sick...She had a very high fever and have to take to hospital for doctor..everyone is so worry so we sent her home earlier in the morning after the breakfast...Eugene and me sent Grace and Siew Ling back first den come back to Sematan Resort again...A very long journey...2 hours one way!!! That old little kancil cant afford to travel such a long journey and the car temperature raise so high that we had forced to stop at the roadside and luckily an uncle is so kind that he helped us cooled down the car temperature, adding the temperature and we even stopped by a motor stop buy 'black oil' for the car..I still remember the place everytime we passed by when going Gading..the kind uncle is the aquarium shop boss....the motor shop we stopped by is Ah Hua Motor..I wont forgot that inccident in my life!!

After that, we went to a seafood shop and had a RM99 super seafood lunch as I posted last time and then we had paid a visit to the long house...the long house...is such a disappointment actually...

Sematan

We went for Sematan for holiday during the last mid semester holiday...erm..our main purpose is actually went for snorkeling..haiz...but only three of our groups know how to swim..ended up almost none of us can really snorke and see the fishes and corals...only Kieng Soon...he leave us behind struggling in the water but went for snorkeling...but ended up all people mad at him...left us behind...haha....

Too bad for Eugene because I am terribly scare of water...he and me almost drown because of me...feel a bit guilty actually...Haiz..spent RM70 for nothing but drink a lot of sea water..I swear to myself that I really have to learn swim before I went for snorkeling again..

I Like Doll

After we back from Gading, we went to Boulevard as there are so many time still left..and I found out that Boulevard have opened a new floor for the housing decorations and others...the most interesting department is the Doll Department!!!

There are so many dolls...bears, cartoons and much much more...there have a giant panda as you can see in the photo..It almost as tall as me..and the doll that most attract my attention is the octopus...There have the bi octopus and small octopus and there are so many colour as well.. Pink, orange, yellow, green, purple and much much more..I almost spent most of my time hug this and that...haha...and finally...I had bought the pink octopus...actually the orange octopus also not bad...but I am thinking now..should I gifted it to my friend as her birthday present or keep it myself??? Hahahahaha..

The Tasteless Bee Hoon at Gading

After we back from Gunung Gading for the rafflesia, we went to the nearest coffee shop for lunch...haiz..that is the most tasteless Bee Hoon I ever taste in my life besides in Unimas...haha...RM3.50 and I din found anything that I think it is worth...Almost all the people complained the food...the tomato noodles are too sweet, tasteless..perhaps except those who eat fried rice....

Rafflesia

My long awaiting Rafflesia finally flowered...I been waiting for it lmost 2 years..everytime sure miss the time to view the Rafflesia..Rafflesia only flowered once a year..last few weeks when I went with my friends..the Rafflesia only have bulb..after almost 3 weeks...finally rafflesia flowered...

Rafflesia is really big..even bigger than my head..hahahaha...actually the first photo is the fake rafflesia oh...The flower actually flowered for almost 4 days...last Wednesday morning when we called them, the staff there said havent flowered..when we callede them on Friday...they only told us that they only found out the flower actually flowered on Wednesday afternoon...

Rafflesia can only live for 7 days after flowered..So..the rafflesia we saw actually dying..it is not red as it flowered...and I think it actually fall down from high places because heavily rain recently..at least my wish finally fullfilled....haha....That day quite many people..guess because everyone also want to meet this rare rafflesia..

Because the rafflesia had been flowered for quite a time..so..the smell is not very smelly..have to really get near it then only can smell the smelly smell....according to the guide there...the rafflesia that we saw is actually a female flower..the reason....erm...i forgot already...bet Eugene still remembered it..haha..

Dinner @ Richmond

Went to Richmond eat last Friday...Ten of us...but 8 of us eat pork chop...only Siew Fern eat lamb chop and another eat chicken chop...having a nice dinner there..most of them finished the Bioinformatics presentation and they actually planned to celebrate it...haiz and I will have my presentation only next Tuesday..too bad...

Wireless in my laptop

It seems that my wireless in my laptop start getting some problems and it getting serious!!!

I turn on my wireless on my laptop at all the time and never turn off it..and now sometimes the wireless suddenly off itself..that is the light that shown that my wireless is on suddenly off although I still switch on my wireless....I wouldnt be able online and this problem solved after I restart my laptop again..it is so scary..and this problem getting serious..sometime the light went off few times a day..is it means that it started got problems already???

Wireless is so important for me no matter in Unimas or my house...Please please please the wireless in my laptop is not going to have any problems..I still want to online in cempaka and dunwan go to Cais that so far away..I want to online in my room and I dunwan always stay at living room to online....

I am so worry that I have no money to get the new wireless chip for my laptop..why my laptop have so much problems?? Last time already changed a new battery for my laptop that costs few hundreds and this time I dunwan to spent my money to get the new wireless chip....

Cais connection went down again!!

After went to Gunung Gading yesterday, I planned to finish most my assignment today in cais because the connection in cais is much more better than in Cempaka..

So..purposely woke up in the early morning and went to Cais about 9 something....ended up with the Cais connection is down and unstable..is not cant online but the connection keep resetting...have to refresh many times then only got the page that you want..I cant play my facebook..my pet society, restaurant city, cafe world and much more...

The worst is...I cant do my assignment..I dun understand why other still can stand with the connection like that..I have to refresh at least 3 times to get the page that I want!! So pity, am I really have to go back cempaka to get the slow slow connection wireless again?? Why Cais so lousy??

Recently just not happy at all...feel sick doing all the things...assignments, study, even talking also become getting lazy..I am confusing...It seems I am abandoned..am I think too many already? Guess so..

When something coming up, I am thinking...am I doing the right things? My heart had something and I found no one to share with...Who should I look for? My friends here? My Penang friends? or my family? No people would like to listen another people complaining...so I had chosen no one..That will be no people know about that...only God know, I know and she know...

I never deny that I had a very bad temper...My friend usually like to say I like to show my temper on my face..well..I am working hard to change it..and at least I wouldnt like someone that like to pretending...a fake person!! This is what I insist!! Never pretending...

Some people like to pretending..two faces people...perhaps they never realise they are doing that or maybe they just want to be adored by other people....Sometimes, words can also hurt people... you may hurt someone without knowing but if always say something that hurt people are not forgiven...show the temper when other not around...pretending...Are they really not realise it??

Last time went to Ipoh...we went to the Lost World in Tambun to have a look..we did not get in there..because we did not expect to enter there to play water..so..we just walk around the Lost world and enter the souvenir shop to have a look..

Lost world...we can play water there or you can explore the jungle at there..if I am not mistaken..been a long time i went there..I had poor memory...that time..i really want to enter there..but it a bit like Sunway Lagoon...so..depends...when I am free and have my friends to accompany me go...they always so busy during holiday...some went for singing club or still study....haiz..

That are the Ipoh famous taukeh and taukeh chicken...erm..am I translating correctly?? Everyone that had went to Ipoh sure say had to eat the taukeh and taukeh chicken...hehe..and the salted chicken..both I also tasted...very very delicious?? Erm... ok ok la...haha..if I say more later all Ipoh people come to beat me...

I mean seriously I did not really had tasted the chicken very special or very very delicious..I am thinking..am I too full until cant taste any delicious food anymore??? Hehe..guess so...

I so miss the dessert in Penang..here really not much dessert choice...red bean, green bean, bubr cacar..I want got bird egg, lotus and other...those cook by my mom..I want that..terribly want eat...I din go back for Raya and even study week..made me more miss the delicious food in my hometown..I had plan when I am going home I really want to eat a lot...eat many many... that time when I LI in Butterworth also din eat much...most of my time spending at outside even weekend also go out with friends..now think back..really feel sorry to my mother and this time I really will stay at home and want my mom cook all the foods that I want to eat...eat till I dunwan eat anymore...haha...I want go home.....When Dr Lesley would confirm let me enter lab and started my lab..I really scare I cant finish my lab work..can she let me started earlier?? These few days, Unimas almost raining at the same time..around 4pm..yesterday also about the same time..today..just finish the Advanced Molecular Biology, the sky went so dark and seems wanna rain...luckily it only rain when I reached Cempaka....

Candy Floss

I like candy floss....The guy that selling the candy floss played his technique where he make a hat like candy floss for a customer..Last time when I in penang, i thought candy floss only have pink colour..After came to Sarwak just found out candy floss also have many colour..

There are pink, blue, purple, yellow, green and much much more..different flavour for different colour..such as yellow for durian, purple for grapes, blue for peppermint, green for apple and so on...

Everytime when I saw candy floss, I definitely buy 1 for myself..I ate pink, green , blue and even purple..haha...The candy floss just like a magic...soft and easily melt..even the procedure making candy floss also make me excited...^^

There were many stalls in carpenter street, the foods, clothes, decorations, lantern and much more..even got lion dance performance...

One of the most famous stalls..the multi flavour mua chee stall was always crowded with people..there were many flavours such as mango, peach, chocolate, lychee, green tea, honeydew, durian and much much more..

I ordered and I had been waiting for so long..almost give up waiting..I ordered chocolate, green tea, honeydew and peach..is really nice..

We went to a vegetarian restaurant that we last celebrate for Chap Goh Mei for celebration of mid autumn festival on the last Friday..7 of us - Patrick, Jessica, Amy, Janet, Judith, Lai Kuan and me....

Patrick brought 2 green tea mooncake and we had ordered 4 dishes with 1 soup..perhaps the chef had been changed because it is not delicious as last time we came..quite disappointed..

After the dinner we went to the carpenter street..there have many stalls and shall upload the photo later..

7 people in 1 car..I almost went crazy at that time..I swear to myself that I dunwan to do that again..I dun mind people sit on my legs but I dunwan to sit on people legs and it is for no reason..just dunwan!!

Mid autumn festival

Last Saturday is mid autumn festival, we - Eugene, Patrick, Amy, Lai Kuan, Janet, Judith, Donna and me went to SMC for the celebration for mid autumn festival..We din join the another biotech group because we had promised to go SMC..hehe..

Hmm..dunno how to say my feeling..SMC did give us lantern but ended up give to the child in the near neighbourhood..I dun mind because I am not very fond of lantern...dunno wat to say for this mid autumn festival..weird and strange..in the end something happen up and everyone just go home and thats all...weird..

Rainforest Music Festival - 4

The concert start around 7.30pm..all the people gather near the concert and waiting the concert start..2 stages were built so that the performance can continuous without stop..after the first stage finished the performance and the second stage will started and then came back to the first stage again...there was also a big screen for people which is too far and cant saw the stage...

Most people were gathered at the dance pool..when the performance started..people in the dance pool started dance..when it came to climax..all the people went high and started dance...But there were also some performance quite boring and down..the people will started go around and no people dance...

The day I am going is the last day..I think it is the best day to go..In the end all the performers came out and sing along...all people were so high and the performers as well...

Is really fun in the end and we were dance until almost dunwan go back..haha..

After we reaching the music festival...We headed for the workshop..the workshop is run by the performer that will be perform at night later..the workshop is far more interesting where we can interact with the performer and also can play the musical instruments after the workshop finshed..

We saw many different musical instruments, different singing style and dancing..quite interesting..Some quite boring but some really interesting where we can sing along with them..I think got 14 different groups from all over the world performed in this enormous music festival if I am not mistaken..hehe...

After the workshop..we went for our dinner and waiting for the night concert...

Four of us going to the musical rainforest...as other of my friend din go because the ticket is too expensive..haha....quite many people there...We are quite worry that the ticket will sold out...because we din buy the ticket online because we all quite late to decided want to go and when we had decided the online tickets sold out already...besides, online tickets are cheaper..just RM90...

That time H1N1 widely spread and many people in Malaysia death or infected..so...most staff wearing the mask whereas the visitor seldom saw them wearing the mask..also got spot check before enter there...hmm..just to prevent everyone bringing the foods inside...or even the water!!

Talking about the food...the food there really expensive..I think is at least double of the normal price..even triple also have..That time I just eat noodles and pandan chicken..the water there sold RM2 for 500ml and RM3 for 1.5 liter if I am not mistaken...really purposely wanna take our advantage..hng!

The first dog in my house -- Jackie..or more precisely..the puppy...hehe..is a male dog and it looks so handsome and cute..Adopt him in the last March...when i came back to home..he is already very big...and I terribly scare of him..although it did not bark at me...but I still run away from him..dunno why...just scare he will bite me...

Now..he is at my father workshop already..lesser time I met him..My family said he now became very big and can bark very loudly...Hmm..too bad I miss Jackie when his is still a baby...My sisters likes to play with him and even took picture with him..He is cute when he still small...now?? Guess I rather dunwan to meet him..bet he totally cant recognise me because when I went bac home at May, he is already sent to my father workshop..:P

July...I had been went for Rainforest Music Festival for my very first time...and it only hold annually in Kuching...The entrance ticket is quite expensive..RM100...well..I just want to experience how HOT is the music festival!! This is such a good experience for me as this is my last year in Kuching..at least I had been there before...no regret..^^

The Rainforest Music Festival was hold in Santubong..My friends and I reached there about 3pm for the workshop..the workshop was run by the musician which will performed at night..The Music Festival will only hold for 3 days...the day we went is the last day...the workshop is quite interesting because we can interact with the musician...whereas at night we just can watch the performance with a distance or dance...

Now rain so heavily outside and I stay at my room for nothing...doing nothing this whole afternoon...I stil got lots of assignment waiting for me and I just dunwan to do it..Sleep whole day...Today is Sunday already and I have to go class again tomorrow..Sienzzz...

I have not many forward email and I forced to upload the old photo I took when I go out with my friend..upload failed!! The lne is too lousy and I really cant do anything...

Thinking I am really useless..perhaps all people now very hardworking doing their assignments and I just sitting here for nothing...Hmm..ok...assignments hold it first..I wait till midnight when the line get better to do..now..study!! My handphone is playing its temper now..dunwan let me bluetooth the photo i took yesterday as I take a few photo yesterday when I going out with my friends for mooncake festival..We eat at a vegetarian reastaurant and then went for carpenter street..the carpenter street have a lot of stalls sell foods, decorations and so on..I buy multi flavour mua chee and a candy floss..Really yummy...hehe..

But my handphone now having its temper and I can bluetooth any of my photo to my laptop...hmm...dunno have to wait till when...no photo no blog..haha...perhaps my handphone old liao...had been used for 3 years...no wonder...hehe..but I still dunwan to change another handphone..I ama poor students..where got so many money?? After the career talk....now..raise the question..what is your field of interest?? Hmm...i been thinking this question all the time...not sure...bioprocess??? fermentation?? microbiology?? just like my FYP?? genetics?? plants?? biochem?? I really not sure...

Will you further your study after graduation? Hmm...i also not sure..been thinking about it...perhaps I will go for a work and decide what is my field of interest..after all I have hand on experince..perhaps if I really dun like Biotechnology and I can change it when I am still young..better than I had finished my Master then only realise I hate lab work and I am not interested in the field that chosen...right??

But after graduation direct further study also got its advantage too..where no time will be wasted...I had Master qualification when I 24 or 25..no need to work...but I guess I will prefer the first choice..work then study..hmm....maybe...not sure..guess so....:P

Went to the career talk just now..as you can see...the most biggest contribution that I can give is eating...haha..I wont deny that they really offered a very nice foods for us...Finally, I can really try the dessert there..so nice...

That time is really eat till quite full..but now hungry already..haha...the career talk is quite boring...some do not like it but some like it very much..they say they had motivated them...hmm..different people had different opinion...but I think I really gain something from there..of course not only the foods..but they had urged me to think about my future and allowed me to know the biotechnology nowadays in Malaysia...of course they did not really tell you what the career option for you..

A nice talk and at least I no need to stay at Unimas in this hot day..I got air cond for me whole day...haha...

Strawberry

My sister went to Cameron Highland that organised by school society last July and she had a great fun there..bought a rose for me..hehe..so nice..besides that she also bought a lot of things from there either for decoration or foods..

She bought a lot of strawberry..most importantly my favourite..the dried strawberry..and she also buy the strawberry juice, strawberry coffee and fresh strawberry...So happy when eating the Strawberry...nice trip for her..too bad I having Li training at that time and not really have time for trips..Just went to Ipoh with my sisters..I really want to go better place like Cameron Highland for my favourite strawberry or Genting or perhaps the National Park also not bad...hehe..

Dunno when I can have time for all these again...perhaps after I graduate..Hope Dr Lesley allows me to do my lab work ealier because I really worry that I do not have much time for all that...i really do not want to rush next sem...really...

Our group finally decided the bioinformatics software tools that going to used..hehe..now the problem is I cant installed the software..What the problem now?? Just now find Shao Yin help me to have a look...hmm..hope wont be any problem to install...otherwise have to find another software to replace already...

Last time to find a excuse to celebrate birthday with janet, we went for a movie-- final destination in The Spring... We bought the ticket RM10..quite expensive...hehe..then we went for dinner in Kimbay..I had a cheese curry chicken rice and Eugene had a plum roasted chicken..whereas Judith and Lai Kuan had a salted fish rice..i guess..not really remember..hehe...which is quite nice as well...Janet just had a drink and a mushroom soup..

Have a very rush dinner because not much time..after the movie..we went to Secret Recipe buy a piece chocolate cheese cake for Janet..felt a bit sorry for Janet because just had a very simple birthday cake and did not celebrate with her..Sorry ya..and I promise will be replaced a better for you..muakzz..

Mooncake festival

Mooncake festival is coming soon...most of my friends that went home bring mooncake for us who did not went home for Raya holidays..Janet and Judith very kind and bring a mooncake for us respectively..very touch...

I not very like eat mooncake actually..this time..first time ever I feel the mooncake is so yummy..after that, I saw JS Chee posted mom homemade mooncake in facebook..suddenly miss my sweet home so much..2 years did not eat my mom homemade mooncake...suddenly feel so want to go home..

The photo is the mooncake that patrick brought for us.. a green tea mooncake and we had to cut into 12 pieces as we are quite a ot of number there..haha... so pity..but I feel great and the mooncake is taste good..

Raya holiday

People are keep wondering how I survive in Unimas for the Raya holiday...hmm....I dont know how to say it..thanks to all my friends that stay in Unimas..they help me da pao everything from outside...desa ilmu uncle..friends that went out for lunch/ dinner...really kind of them help me da pao...that keep me survive for the next few days..looks not bad ya..but still got few times I forgot to tell my friend I want to da pao ended up I had to eat mee....haiz..

Super homesick when I think back..if I go home..sure I eat better than all these..ask me regret or not for not going home?? I am also not sure..I wont deny that I really want to go home for a nice holiday and better food..but stay at Unimas can save air ticket..do my stuff and at least I wont need to unpacked my stuff and have to get used with the terrible and busy university life again..haha..

Bioprocess Lab

Just before the Raya holiday, we had our bioprocess lab work..Each group just need to submit 1 report...the purpose of the lab is to determine the dry cell weight and cell activity...the lab work will be lasts for 3 days where we need to take the sample for 0 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours for the dry cell weight and cell activity...

After taken the sample from the fermentor, about 10ml of sample will bring for centrifugation about 15minutes.. after that, the pellet obtained will be dry in oven to determine the dry cell weight later and the supernatant keep for determination of cell activity..

Hmm..now forcing to make a decision..either going to bioinformatics class on thursday or going to career talk in Four Point?? Which one better??

Bioinformatics class...Dr Edmund will gives us final revision on Bioinformatics and maybe some tips...oh no..i really want to go there as I had done terribly in my mid term and this is important for me to get the chance to repair my grade..

Career talk in Four Points...it may gives me some hints and clues what I am going to do after graduate....it is organised by a biotech private company...I may get many unexpected experience and knowledge from there and even may helped me in my future career..what I want to do after I graduate?

Bioinformatics assignment...the most headache assignment!!! Which software to choose?? There are thousands of different bioinformatics software..which one to choose??

Perhaps now is still holiday ba..my group member never contact me or wanna have any discussion about the software that we going to use in our assignment...hmm...think wanna enjoy holiday...I cant imagine when the holiday ended...

Bioinformatics group assignment... 2 bioprocess assignment...1 cell biology group assignment where the title havent given...web design group assignment...I really cant imagine how I am going to rush for those assignments...and I am waiting for discussion now....perhaps they want wait till holiday ended..

I want to see rafflesia

Last wednesday went to Gunung Gading with greatest hope to see rafflesia, the biggest flower in the world. I had stay in Sarawak more than 2 years but havent went to have a look and it only flower once a year...

Rafflesia usually flower around September and I purposelly stay at Sarawak to have a look..haiz..too bad..now the rafflesia only got bulb and estimated will be flower in the next two weeks... no luck..

That day we estimated to depart from cempaka around 8am but something happen!!! We had rent two cars. One of the car was rent from cempaka staff, when we plan to take the car from him but his forgot to reserve a car for us..ended up we just left 1 car and we had to find another car on the spot..luckily we managed to rent a car..then we fetch other people, went for petrol station, breakfast....

Finally we headed to Gunung Gading around 10am...since we had no luck to see the rafflesia then we went for the waterfall no.7 in Gunung Gading...perhaps I havent been exercise for a long time..take quite a long time to get up to the waterfall no.7....or perhaps I am really old..haha..

Have a great time in waterfall no.7 although I didnt get into the water..I wear jeans and it will be very heavy and burden me when I climb down...

After climb down from Gunung Gading we went to The Spring for movie -- where got ghost...I really scared by the movie...

My legs so pain in the next day that I actually feel that isnt my legs at all...pain when I walk around..ended up I spent my day on the bed lying and sleeping....pain..pain..pain...

Really disappointed when they say the rafflesia havent flower...hmm..hope I can go G. Gading again to see rafflesia...this is my last year in Sarawak and I am so wish to see rafflesia!!

男孩一手挽着女孩，一手拎着买来的东西，男孩在前，女孩在后，两人走在斑马线上，就要穿过马路了，突然一辆右转弯车辆，直直地向离男孩一步之遥的后面的女孩疾速驶来，眨眼的功夫，汽车就要撞到女孩。

“砰！”的一声闷响后紧跟着汽车紧急刹车的声音。

一切来得那么突然，被撞者轻飘飘的飞向两米开外。路面上是一片刺眼的鲜血的红。

“不！不要！”由于惊吓刚刚回过神来的女孩，歇斯底里地凄惨叫声撞击着每个围观者的耳膜。

女孩明白，汽车本来是撞向她的，在常人来不及反应的一刹那间的零点几秒里，男孩却惊奇地把她推开了，自己倒在血泊里。女孩哭喊着扑到男孩身边，男孩浑身是血，女孩大声地呼唤着男孩名字，围观者说没用了，已经试过男孩没有呼吸了。

女孩不相信，继续呼唤着男孩的名字，男孩竟然奇迹般的睁开了眼睛，看了女孩一眼，带着安详地微笑，永远闭上了眼睛。女孩明白，男孩在生命的最尽头还在苦苦挣扎，拼尽最后一丝气力看到自己的亲爱的小女人安然无恙了，才放心地闭上眼睛。

那是个多雨的季节，到处充满了潮湿，雨水把天地连成雾蒙蒙一片。两个人构筑的爱情小巢，现在只剩下女孩一个人，女孩浮想起以前两人在一起的点点滴滴。

女孩后悔那次不该因为男孩没有按自己的意思回答她问题，背对着他睡了一夜，后悔男孩几次欲拥她入睡，都被她拒绝。她现在好想紧紧的拥着男孩，把那一夜的背对背补回来，可是再也无法也不可能补回来。

女孩习惯了逛马路时，身边有一个人紧紧的握住她的手，不用担心那些川流不息的汽车。男孩总是自己走在有汽车的一方让她走在远离汽车的另一边。女孩好想再抓住那种安全感，可是怎么抓也抓不住。

女孩睡觉前，习惯了，有人给她唱着歌讲着故事入睡，现在再也没有人为她唱歌讲故事，她总是难以入睡。

女孩睡觉时，喜欢踹被子，男孩总是在每一次她踹掉被子时及时的醒来给她重新盖好。现在那个人再也不能哪怕为她盖一次被子。

女孩喜欢吃零食，男孩每次从外面回到家里总能给她个小谗猫带来惊喜，安慰她的小肚肚，现在她的小肚肚多少天再也没有人安慰。

女孩喜欢吃瓜子，喜欢吃板栗，喜欢吃橘子，却不喜欢剥皮儿，女孩每次畅快淋漓的大吃特吃完瓜子，板栗，橘子后，

男孩的面前总是堆起一堆果皮山，现在由于剥皮吃那些东西太费劲，她好久没敢碰那些想吃不能吃的好东西。

女孩现在有太多的不习惯，她只能学着慢慢的把不习惯变成习惯。

女孩整理遗物时发现了一个献血证，上面写着男孩的名字。奇怪的是她从来不知道，男孩在一个月连续献了三次血，上面献血的日期更让她震惊，她清楚地记得，永远也忘不了那段他们最艰苦的日子。她明白了那段日子男孩的身体为何那么虚弱，明白了男孩“预付的工资”的含义，明白了男孩是用偷偷献血的换来钱给她买来她喜欢吃的东西。

女孩继续整理遗物时，发现了一份报纸，意外地发现那场大地震时，那位伟大的母亲就是男孩的母亲，那个幸运获得生命的孩子就是男孩，而男孩又把这份幸运给了她。

Spending my three whole days reading the stupid journal and I still understand...how am I suppose to start doing the assignment??

This time assignment is so hard that I do not feel want to do it...Is it because the holiday is coming and I just having the toughest week last week causes me want to rest and refuse to do anything already..

Tomorrow is handing the assignment already and I am going out tomorrow 12pm..I still left abot 12 hours to finish 1 assignment..Now it so look impossible for me..I read 1 journal for 3 days and how I am going to read more journal in just 12 hours..Argh..

I hate molecular assignment..the molecular evolution...

Last time went to the KOREAN near BDC for a nice Korean dinner with my coursemate..too bad that time did not have chance to take the photo..First time having the Korean food but is quite expensive..each people about RM28...hmm..quite expensive for a poor student like me...haha...but I think is ok as I not very often having such nice dinner..having japanses food maybe more expensive...

Last last time I even go for dinner at Kuching there...some people say there have a very nice mix chop...so I went for a try with my friends..mix chop..u can choose either chicken and lamb or chhicken and pork..still got other choice like fish and chips, chicken chop and many more..I thought it will taste very nice...but ended up with dissapointment..not nice..not juicy at all...but I am so hungry that I still finish it..hehe..

Just In Time

Last week having 3 test and I have no time to do my assignments at all..Application to Biotechnology, Advanced Molecular Biology and Cell Biology..I having my cell biology test on saturday and I had to hand in my Application to Biotechnology assignment on Sunday!!!

After the cell biology test, I only went to CAIS to start doing the assignment..biolistic and a summarise journal..I thought it will be easy and I can finnish it in time..but it isnt..I almost cant finish it!!

The deadline is Sunday 5pm and I hand in it on Sunday 4.59pm...It is so close and I am just in time...haha...

My hand keep shaking and my heart beat so fast that time and I havent finalise my assignment content, refernces and the cover page at 4.45pm..What will happen if I cant make it before 5pm...Thanks to Eugene..He sent me his assignment cover page for me at 4.55pm and I just need to modify it and sent through the morpheus..otherwise..I definitely no time doing the cover page..

Hand in time: 4.59pm

I cant imagine it if morpheus stop working when I upload my assignment..As you all know, morpheus stop working sometimes......I am so lucky...I cant imagine if anything happen to morpheus or the my internet connection suddenly off..

No next time..and I will finish my Molecular Biology assignment earlier this time and sent it before the deadline...this Sunday 5pm again!!!

禪意 -- 黑白老鼠

有一個人在森林中漫遊的時候，突然遇見了一隻飢餓的老虎，
老虎大吼一聲就撲了上來。

他立刻用生平最大的力氣和最快的速度逃開，但是老虎緊追不捨，

他一直跑一直跑一直跑，最後被老虎逼入了斷崖邊上。

站在懸崖邊上，他想：「與其被老虎捉到，活活被咬、肢解，
還不如跳入懸崖，說不定還有一線生機。」

他縱身跳入懸崖，非常幸運的卡在一棵樹上，
那是長在斷崖邊的梅樹，樹上結滿了梅子。

正在慶幸的時候，他聽到斷崖深處傳來巨大的吼聲，
往崖底望去，原來有一只兇猛的獅子正抬頭看著他，
獅子的聲音使他心顫，但轉念一想：

「獅子與老虎是相同的猛獸，被甚麼吃掉，都是一樣的。」

當他一放下心，又聽見了一陣聲音，仔細一看，一黑一白的

兩隻老鼠，正用力地咬著梅樹的樹幹。

他先是一陣驚慌，立刻又放心了，
他想：「被老鼠咬斷樹幹跌死，總比被獅子咬好。」

情緒平復下來後，他感到肚子有點餓，看到梅子長得正好，

就採了一些吃起來。

他覺得一輩子從沒吃過那麼好吃的梅子，找到一個三角形樹丫休息，

他想著：「既然遲早都要死，不如在死前好好睡上一覺吧！」
他在樹上沉沉的睡去了。

睡醒之後，他發現黑白老鼠不見了，老虎、獅子也不見了。
他順著樹枝，小心翼翼的攀上懸崖，終於脫離險境。

原來就在他睡著的時候，飢餓的老虎按捺不住，
終於大吼一聲，跳下懸崖。

黑白老鼠聽到老虎的吼聲，驚慌逃走了。
跳下懸崖的老虎與崖下的獅子展開激烈的打鬥，雙雙負傷逃走了。

由我們誕生那一刻開始，苦難．就像飢餓的老虎一直追趕著我們，
死亡，就像一頭兇猛的獅子，一直在懸崖的盡頭等待，
白天和黑夜的交替，就像黑白老鼠，
不停地正用力咬著我們暫時棲身的生活之樹，
總有一天我們會落入獅子的口中。

既然知道了生命中最壞的情景是死亡，唯一的路，
就是安然地享受樹上甜美的果子，然後安心地睡覺，
只有存著這樣單純的心、少慾望、多一點赤子之心。

Finally finish the Advanced Molecular Biology and Application to Biotechnology mid term test...both are very tough test...and I hate it!!!!

Honestly, I really did very badly in both the test and bioinformatics as well...I knew it...I cannot imagine what will happen when the all these 3 tests result are out...oh no...I really cant imagine it..no time for me to study all these 3 subject at all..I need more time and this sem is too busy...I never stop working in front of my laptop..I know whatever I am talking and regret also useless..I just cant face the result that I will get from my mid term tests...I really dont want to see it..

If the mis term had done badly then how I suppose to get good grade for my final and repair my CGPA??

Oh..God....please help me....I really hope to get good grade in the final..

Still left a test...the cell biology...this time...i really really need to study...i really really need good grade..almost went crazy after the test that I had gone through...

Last week is a stress week, to release the stress and so to entertain a bit my poor stomach which had been a long time did not have a chance to fill it fully....so....went for steambot....haha....

That day was national day...the shop was full with people...We been waiting a while to get a place for all of us.....

Nobody can actually imagine how we keen to go out to eat..the foods in cempaka is suck...haha... Charlene, Connie, Amy, Eugene and I just cant stop eating when we started....hmm...but I still feel unsatisfy...I want to eat more..perhaps I am too stressful, I found myself these few days just keep thinking of eat and foods...I want eat!!!!

You will know how much u want to go out eat after u had spent 2 years in cempaka.....

Terrible week

A busy week where I had my final year project presentation and 2 mid term test in 2 days, web design and bioinformatics...

Final year presentation yesterday. Hmm..killed by Dr Lesley and Prof Kopli during the Q & A section..Just cant expect what they ask.... " What detection rate you expect to get for your PCR?" ?????...I totally do not know what she is asking..Just simply say "high"..." Really?? I think you better go back and read the literature review again.." All my confident suddenly flew away... Prof Kopli "Why you are using Vibrio parahaemolyticus instead of other bacteria such as Vibrio Chlorera??"..."because this study havent constructed yet.." I answered in a very low voice....Gosh...why this question all came to me??

A terrible Q & A section.......I hate it..I been prepared it for a long time...

Today got 2 mid term test. 12-1.30pm is bioinformatics and 2pm is web design... Cant get it right..I just do not know how to do it...translate 6 frames DNA into genetic code and determine the ORF...how I translate it?? how to determine?? Almost cry during my test..the expected value?? the BLAST?? eveything just went empty just like I did not read at all...

Then the 2pm web design test...my friend say is just a piece of cake....then?? I had to swallow the whole notes then only can answer the question...terrible feeling now....

Perhaps I really havent prepare well for the test...This sem is so busy..It seems that I do not have any time to really have a good night sleep...the proposal..the presentation..the test..the assignment....when can this all ended??

Perhaps this is what the final year life called....next week three mid term test again...application for biotechnology, advanced molecular biology and cell biology...all the killer subject...the assignment have to hand in...

Final Year Presentation

Today is the resource biotech final year presentation. Luckily, I will only present next week..more time for me to prepare my presentation... After seen their presentation had made me more nervous..I do not know what the question will be asked by the lecturer..I so hope that they will not have any question for me especially Prof Ismail..Oh no..he is so scary..

Chia Hui, Audrey is doing so well today...present their study fluently and answered the question so well...it made me think a lot...some is 'shoot' by the lecturer..but overall is quite ok..hmm....wat will happen to me later ya??

Next week is coming soon and I need to make revision for my midterm and preparing the presentation at the same time..perhaps it is better if I present today??

Hmm...better I leave it for next week...more time for me to prepare..hehe...wish me luck for my presentation and my mid term..hope everything will be fine...

A busy holiday

1 week holiday is too short..In fact i did not even enjoy the holiday..After come back from Sematan, I been busy doing the assignment, the proposal, presentation slides, cell bio forum and also web design proposal...no time for me rest at all..

Is it also consider as a holiday?? I just want a day that can let me sleep at least more than 10 hours..I really want rest..Stop the time!! I am running out of my time to do all these...

Proposal presentation is coming soon and I had no time to prepare for it..I am so nervous now and my assignment havent finish...next monday start the class again..haiz...

The exam is coming..I havent start doing any revision..Please....Please...Please save me by giving me one more week holiday..

Preparing Judith special birthday hamper

Yesterday was Judith birthday..We are planing to give her a special birthday present ---a hamper with foods...as she request~~~~

Judith wan a hamper that as tall as her, 163cm.. but we did not manage to prepare a hamper as tall as her...but i think also not bad.. this is when we all preparing Judith 's birthday hamper...

Seafood in Sematan

Went to Palm Beach for snorkeling on Monday and Tuesday.. but ended up with disappointed.. raining and I cant swim!! Dont say want to see a piece of coral, a fish I also have no chance to see...
so many unexpected things happen..grace sick, eugene camera cant use anymore because of forgot to take out when going for snorkeling...overall..this is a bit disappointed trip but at least i can have fun with my friends..this isnt bad at all..

However, there are still something that finally cheers me up...When we are going back to Kuching, we stopped by a seafood cafe for lunch as Palm Beach Resort lunch is quite expensive..We ordered fried bee hoon and fried rice because we just plan to eat something to fill up our hungry stomach...We thought that it is a ordinary fried beehoon and fried rice..it would be cheap...but when the food is served.....we all went shocked..

So shocked when we all see it..all people so worry how much our lunch will be..there are so many prawns, 8 crabs, fish, jellyfish and much much more...

try to guess how much it would be cost?? Some say RM120, some say RM250....

Haha..when we finally pay the bill....it is only RM99!! which means that it is just RM11 for each people!! It is so cheap...

yaya..next time go there eat seafood again~~

Finally go see Dr. Lesley.. She seems so unsatisfied with me....she blaming me that I went to see Dr. Samuel before her...but she knows that I failed to meet her so many times although I had made appointment with her and I had to went for Dr. Samuel because of no choice??

Haiz... what can I do?? If she want to keep blaming me for this... I also cant do anything..

Redoing my proposal again....No mood doing my proposal at all..what can I do?? So hate the proposal...Keep making me headache...Why I must do the proposal?? Am I really had to do FYP to graduate??? Who come out such stupid idea?????

Haiz.. keep doing the proposal since the last few week... so hate doing the proposal as I not really know how to write the literature review and introduction...and dun have a very clear guideline for me to follow..not really understand with what I am suppose to write in my proposal...Argh....the deadline hand in the proposal getting closer and I could not even got a chance to meet my 'dearest' supervisor...She seems so busy...I had hand in my draft proposal for her since 22July and go find her several times already and she keep asking me to come next time...when can I get back my draft proposal?? She not panic..I panic!!! I want my proposal back!!

Argh... Later I will go meet her again..wish me luck that I can get back my proposal and give me some clear guidelines...I am so confuse and panic...
